Message	Once they delivered a both to me when I wasn't at home and they just left the box out on my driveway in the rain and the box was partially opened. When I opened the box some parts were missing so I called and there customer service was the worst I have experienced. They told me that it was delivered and signed for. I told them that no one was at home and it was just left out on my driveway. They didn't want to take the responsibility and had a difficulty settling. The other time was when a box was delivered and again the box was opened and it was all smashed. Luckily everything it was ok and nothing was missing. Will never deal with them again. I love UPS, they deliver as promised even if it's late at night. Never a problem. FedEx sucks, as they didn't replace a surfboard that was cracked during shipping and had insurance. Said that they couldn't determine if it was due to them. WTF!!! Even the box showed evidence.
